Ischia, Italy | June 16–20, 2026
We’re so excited to celebrate with you in paradise! Below is a snapshot of what to expect throughout our five days together. While we’ve planned a few group events, there will also be plenty of time to relax, explore, and enjoy the island at your own pace. Each event has a suggested dress code, but please note that these are suggestions to help guide your packing and not strict rules to follow.
We are thrilled to be staying all together at the villa—but with a group of 36, eating every meal as one big group just isn’t logistically possible. We will have a few planned meals and group events (which are included in the itinerary below), but many meals will be on your own or with smaller groups.
There are restaurants and cafes nearby, but some may require a short bus ride or a walk of over a mile. Because of this, we highly recommend stopping by a local grocery store at some point during your stay. The villa has 6 kitchens throughout the property, so there’s plenty of space to store snacks, drinks, and anything you might want for breakfast, lunch, or an impromptu aperitivo. Please see the “Eating Good” section of the website for more information.
Kidd Wedding Itinerary
Arrival and Welcome
JUNE 16th
Benvenuti a Ischia! Guests will arrive throughout the day and check in to the villa starting at 2:00 PM. There are no formal dinner plans this evening since guests will be arriving throughout the night, so please make arrangements to either grocery shop or head to a restaurant for dinner.
That evening, join us for Welcome Drinks & Games — we’ll have appetizers, spritzes, and a few fun ways to break the ice. Get ready for “Get to Know You Bingo” and some laid-back laughs under the Italian sky. The dress code for this event is “Post-Travel Casual” (Thomas will more than likely be in a tank top and shorts. Kylie will likely wear a comfortable sundress.)
Free Day to Explore
JUNE 17th
Today is all about doing your own thing! Sleep in, soak up the sun, or head out and explore Ischia’s charming towns, natural hot springs, or seaside cafes.
Meals are on your own today, so we encourage everyone to visit a local grocery store. There will be some meals later in the week that you'll want to have your favorite foods or drinks on hand —think of this as your “stock the fridge” day!
In the evening, join us for Sunset Drinks and a Prosecco Pong tournament. Put your skills to the test against Frat-Boy Thomas and Clutch Kylie. The games will be played in a single-elimination tournament style, with a prize for the winner. Once again, the dress code for this event is summer casual.
Island Excursion + Pizza Party
JUNE 18th
We’re planning a relaxing group outing during the week—think sunshine, sea breezes, and plenty of time to unwind together. Whether it’s a beach day or something a little extra, bring your swimsuits, sunscreen, sandals, and anything else you’d want for a laid-back day by the water. More details to come, but expect good vibes and gorgeous views!
In the evening, we’ll head back to the villa for our joint bachelor/bachelorette celebration: a festive pizza night with a private chef, signature cocktails, games, and good vibes. Think party atmosphere without the chaos—just music, laughter, and great company. The dress code for this event is “Elevated Casual.” Pretend you’re going out to a nice cocktail bar for drinks. (Thomas will likely be wearing a golf polo and khakis. Kylie has a white dress.)
Wedding Day!
JUNE 19th
We’ll start the morning slowly—enjoy your coffee, lounge by the pool, or sneak in a nap before the festivities begin. If you plan to leave the Villa for a bite to eat or a quick adventure, please plan to return with enough time to be ready for photos in the midafternoon.
In the late afternoon, join us on the terrace for an intimate ceremony overlooking the sea, followed by a relaxed cocktail hour where everyone is invited to raise a glass or share a toast if they would wish. Everyone in attendance is important to us, so all are welcome to share a few words.
Dinner will be served at a long table under the stars, with music, delicious food, and a first dance to kick off a night of celebration. No strict timeline. Just love, laughter, and magic.
**The dress code for our wedding is “Summer Formal.” Suits are recommended for the men and long dresses for the women. We consider everyone in attendance to be a part of the Wedding Party, so please try to stay within our color palette so we all look awesome in the pictures.
Farewell and Sendoff
JUNE 20th
As we wrap up our time on the island, we’ll have a casual espresso bar send-off in the morning. Grab a coffee, a pastry, and a hug before catching the ferry back to Naples.
Thank you for being part of this unforgettable week—we can’t wait to start our marriage surrounded by our favorite people!
